Stop Fussing Over It.

So he won. Sezairi Sezali.. our 3rd Singapore Idol. So he's a MALE.. and he's Malay. so what??

C'mon you guys.. You wanna complain that another malay male has won the competition.. that Sylvia shld have actually garnered the title. But, did Sylvia's fans vote enuf? I dont think so. I dont even wanna go on the racial issues here.

Anyways, when i watched the competition that night, i saw 2 differences betwn Sezairi and Sylvia. i saw over confidence in one, and humbleness and sincerity in the other. u decide where these go between them 2.

And honestly speaking, i support Sezairi NOT because he's Malay, NOT because he's a guy and NOT because he's cute and hot and whatever. i supported him because he's a very talented musician and singer. he wldnt be in a band if he couldnt sing. he wldnt be in a band if he couldnt play music. And that night, he went all out, but still maintained his what Florence called, cool cat persona.

So ppl, get over the fact that Sezairi Sezali is our Singapore Idol. nothing will change that. stop fussing over this matter. if u wanted Sylvia to win, u wld have voted for her. enuf said. so there. my 2 cents worth. jes stop being childish, and get over the fact!

And next season, if we dont want to see a Malay Male make it to the final round, dont let malay males get thru the top 12. simple aint it? but pls remember.. Singapore Idol is MEANT for TALENT and NOT GOOD LOOKS. if it was for good looking ppl, they shldn jes have Singapore Model the next time round.
